I need a split-system airconditioner installed in a small 1960's, low-set home in Chapel Hill, Brisbane. The installation needs to be certified in order to validate the warranty.
I'd also like to install a ceiling fan in a bedroom, have some down-lights repaired, replace 3 old, standard light fittings with new standard fittings, and install a flood light above the back steps, pointing into the yard.
