Install five ceiling fans in existing light sockets. Fans will be operated my remote control. Five fans in total to be installed. Approximatley 24 down-lights to be installed into wooden ceilings upstairs and plasterboard ceilings down stairs [four down lights in six rooms]. Fans and down-lights will be provided by client. Two outdoor lights to be installed on front veranda [one existing light which requires replacing is located on veranda].
