We have 4 rooms upstairs in our home and possibly 1 or 2 downstairs. The 4 rooms upstairs already have ceiling lights installed so they will need to be removed and the fans put in their place (the fans have lights). The 2 downstairs will just go straight into the plasterboard in the centre of the room and don't require lighting. The controls will also need to be installed for the fans.
The job will be ready to go once we have the fans delivered. If you can also supply fans at cheaper than direct to market prices then please let us know. Currently looking at 4xMartec Primo Ceiling Fan White with Light 48" 1200mm FSP1244W at $110 delivered (incl GST) and 2xMartec Primo Ceiling Fan White 48" 1200mm FSP124W at $95 delivered (incl GST) from http://www.ceilingfanshop.com.au/.
