Tradesperson must be an REC. Install 5 downlights in kitchen. Remove existing track lighting from kitchen and patch ceiling. Replace one downlight with another light. Replace two individual light switches with a two switch plate. Replace another light switch (currently 3 switches plus dimmer, need 2 switches plus dimmer). Install two way light switch. Replace exterior floodlight bulb (approx 6 metres up, will need ladder).
