  Hello All,

We just renovated our house with fresh paint, carpet & blinds (Vacant Premises) so need to get the following done to finish the renovations.

We are interested in someone to basically quote for the job ASAP & actually be able to finish the job by Sunday 15th July 2012.

All light fixtures, smoke alarms are supplied by us & I mentioned SUPPLY where required in the job posting so basically you need to supply some of the items like safety switches, double & 4 gang power boards & any wiring.

These are the items I want done.

- Replace 2 x existing lights in down stairs room with new

- Replace 2 x existing lights in living room with new

- Replace 2 x existing lights in kitchen with new

- Replace existing light in hall way with new

- Replace existing light in bathroom with new

- Replace existing light in toilet with new

- Replace existing light in laundry with new

- Replace existing light in bedroom 1 with new

- Replace existing light in bedroom 2 with new

- Replace existing light in entrance near stairs with new

- Replace existing 3 x outside lights with new

- Supply and replace existing 2 x power points in downstairs room with doubles

- Supply and replace existing living room power point with 4 gang

- Supply and replace existing power point in living room with double

- Disconnect existing electric free standing stove & oven (Combined) and reconnect identical new one

- Install 3 x battery smoke detectors

- Supply and install safety switch for fridge circuit

- Supply and install safety switch for light circuit (Possibly just need to check if it's all good or install if required)


New Additional power point and light To Install: I need a new power point installed next to the stairs & there is a light & switch for the balcony light so running a power cable is not going to be a problem.

I also need a new light & light fixture installed near our kitchen in the back of the house there is a 2 GANG power outlet where I want the switch & light installed.

- Supply and install power point in living room

- Supply and install wiring for light outside back door

- Supply and install switch for back door light

- Install outside light (Light fixture supplied)
