I already have the heated towel rack and 5 battery operated smoke detectors (with 10 year battery life).
I want power point installed in the bathroom to enable connection of heated towel rack. Want old towel rack removed and new heated towel rack mounted in its place.
Want a smoke detector mounted in appropriate places for 2 bedrooms, living room, hallway and kitchen. Have 5 battery operated smoke detectors suited to each purpose so only need to be mounted.
I am having interview/house inspection from homestay agency on 25 September so work must be done before then.
I have every Friday off as annual leave during September and available some of the time on weekends and on weeknights after 5pm
