Need to install two brand new ceiling fans with lights, these will be fitted in the existing light fittings in the bedrooms. 1970s Unit with brick walls but there is a track for wiring (in the wall) and a manhole is accessible. Also require a brand new oven and stove cook top to be connected to existing 15A wiring. This is a direct swap-out of an old standalone oven/stovetop.
