will need 1 wall light replaced, new unit over old sconce.
2 pendant lights replaced, 2 new units over 2 old lights.
1 pendant light installed, will require removing 2 old fittings and installing new light in-between their old positions on the ceiling.
2 new power points, there are existing points on the opposite side of the walls so shouldn't need too much doing.
