The house is 2 levels with 4 bedrooms upstairs and kitchen,dining/living area downstairs.
I will supply the fans complete with remote controls.
The work involves,
1. Replacing the existing bedroom light fittings in all four bedrooms with a combination fan/light and the remote controls are to be mounted on the wall adjacent to the respective light switch and screwed down so that the remote cannot be moved/lost.
2. Install the ceiling fan in the centre of the living/dining area, this will involve supply and install of new wiring and the wall mounted control is to be located adjacent to the room light switches.
Further any minor gaps or holes not covered by the fan or left in the ceiling after the fans are installed must be closed up and painted to match the existing ceiling color.
