Hey There,
In preparation for the NBN, our house needs two runs of data cabling and was wondering if you could please quote on the plan below.
- The house is on bearers/joists and is reasonably accessible to crawl underneath the floorboards via a crawl door that is accessible via the outside wall.
- The last 3-4 meters of the run between DP: A (Data Point) and DP: C is not really physically accessible however the proposed data point is above a floor heater outlet so it should be easy to remove it and pull through the data cable with a fishing tape/tool.
- For the materials, all the data points will be supplied by myself, only the CAT5/6 data cable and any other materials required is needed by yourself.
- DP: A and DP: B are in the same room.
- The Crawl door is approximately 55 x 55cm size, no issue with crawling through.
