I reside in melbourne and have two rental properties in qld - ormeau and logan reserve. i would like to have 2-3 ceiling fans installed in each property.
the other option is to see whether or not it is feasible to install an air conditioning system in the properties. i am after someone who i am able to communicate with effectively over the phone, and that i can rely on that person to look after it for me in a professioanal and within a reasonable cost.
