Installation of two outdoor heaters

I have two InfraTech outdoor heaters which I need installed at my property. The 2 heaters are each 3KW and are 156 cm in length. They will be installed at just over head height. The come with a bracket which needs to be installed on a wall on my deck, and then they need to be connected into the mains power. I have a power outlet on the deck however would like to see if they can be installed into the mains rather than plugged into this power outlet.
