We are looking to build a kit home on our acreage in briagolong. we are trying to work out a rough estimate for the total expense we are looking at to complete our home. on the kitome site we have selected the forestville mk3 model home and slightly modified it by adding a garage, a rear verandah and deck and swapping bedroom 4 and the study around. we would like to know what rough cost we would be looking at for two things. one, ordinary lights throughout this design as they would be required and the remainder of the electrical fittings and set up eg. power points etc. 2, what the cost would be if we went with downlights as opposed to ordinary lights. we prefer ample lighting in a home so we do not want limited light fittings. we need a rough price range that we are looking at so we can work out our budget where possible. the website for our kitome which will show the floor plan is http://www.kitome.com.au/forrestville_mk3_product_detail.php thanks, ally.
