I have the Annual General Meeting on Monday and I thought of you in order to have the work completed. We have been offered the following which we will be going ahead with. We are just finalising who will be completing the work. We need lights installed on the outside of each unit. Our two options are: 1. For the light to be hard wired from each individual unit and mounted on the facia board 2. For the light to be hard wired from each individual unit and mounted below window height. Both will be run off sunset switches so the lights will automatically come on after dusk and turn off at sunrise.
