Telephone line not working, optus technicians have looked into it and advised that line is working up to the outside of my building. it is a top floor apartment (3 levels). the line was re-connected a month ago to use for internet adsl connection however no dial tone has been noted and have been unable to connect so far. this is last resort recommendation from the internet company to get a technician in with acma qualifications to check whether there is any damage to the line and how it can be fixed.
