Most of the work will be chipping into the wall to get electrical wiring to the fan then re-plastering. Im not sure if the ceiling mouldings will need to be removed. There might be a way to get around removing it. I need some advice on this. I can do some of the labour like cutting the electrical channel etc. I'm thinking I would need. Handyman - cutting fan hole, installing ducting, plastering, moldings. Elicitation - wiring exhaust fan.
