Replace existing old style telephone socket with new style telephone outlet 8. Add new wired but blank GPO outlet at floor level behind new kitchen cabinets on party wall. Very old building, the main board for our block of flats is downstairs from my place but I've been told that the wiring actually goes over the ceiling rather than down the wall.
