Jump B side wiring in MDF to A side vertical pair

Recently had TPG internet activated on a vertical pair in the MDF located on our property (we are in a flat, 1 of 12) but it's not connected to the B side wiring in the MDF that goes to our flat. Need someone to jump the B side to the A side and validate the line into our flat is connected properly. I'm not sure where the MDF is on our property but the Telstra technician accessed it without my help so my guess is it's not hidden away somewhere.
TPG quoted $59.99 to do it but can't guarentee when it will get done. It's a quick job so ideally someone can do it quicker and cheaper that this.
