We are in the process of renovating and need some electrical work done, most likely in June, but sooner if possible. I would like a quote or reasonable estimate of time, not just an hourly rate. I can meet someone at the property should this be necessary on Thursday afternoon or Friday this week to allow for a quote to be given.
The work includes:
- Replacement of ceiling light fittings in four places (2 x bedrooms, lounge, kitchen)
- Change of power points from single point to double points (4-6 points)
- Replacement of a ceiling fan
- Removal of a hard wired oven and new power point for new oven
- Replacement of 2 x outdoor lights
- If possible, check/replacement of TV antenna cables
- Potential move of 2 x light switches (bedrooms) - dependent on cost of this move
- Wiring for a new lights in the bathroom - one overhead, mirror lighting
There may be a few other bits that I have missed too.
