I have a ceiling light fitting with 2 sockets, but one of the sockets when used buzzes and flickers. Brand new lightbulb in that socket does not solve the problem.
Also I want a timer installed for two bathroom fans - the type that is hidden and just keeps the fan running for 10 minutes after being switched off at the wall.
