- Removal of 2 ceiling fans, replace with batten fix and install new lighting fixtures
- Removal of 7 existing lighting fixtures, replace with batten fix and install new light fixtures
- Removal of 2 existing light fixtures, replace with GU10 downlight kits
- Removal of 5 existing MR16 GU5.3 halogen downlights (transformers and dimmer switch removed too), and replace with new GU10 downlight fixtures
- Remove 5 existing light fixtures (both indoor and outdoors - lowset home) and replace with new lighting fixtures
- Install a new adjustable spotlight fixture in kitchen area
- Install 8 new GU10 downlight fixtures in dining area
