The plasterboard to all external walls has been removed (there is no insulation or sarking) Also the bathroom and kitchen walls are without plaster board. There is easy access underneath the house (1.5-.5m height).

Scope of work:
1. replace old switch board (add new circuits; Fuses/Circuit Breakers/Residual Current Devices
2.study: 2x double GPO, 1x pendant, 1x telephone connection point(existing wiring), 1x light switch.
3.bathroom: 1 self-closing exhaust fan, 2 downlights, 1 wall mounted light fitting, 2x double GPO, 1 x light switch.
4.Kitchen: wiring to underbench oven, cooktop, 3x single GPO, 3x double GPO, 1x ceiling mounted spot light, 1x light switch.
5.dining/living: 2x pendant light, 4x downlights, 3x wall mounted light fittings, 1x telephone connection, 1x TV connection point (optional new tv cable), 1x light switch, 4x double GPO.
5.corridor: 2x pendant, 2x light switches; 2 way
6.entry: flash mounted external light + motion sensor, 2x external wall mounted light fitting.
7.garden/garage: 3x external wall mounted light fittings, 2x light switch - 2way, 1x external GPO.
An electrical plan and a schedule of the light fittings are available on request.
