The following is a Scope of Work to inform for providing a fee proposal for electrical work to be undertaken at a residential home in Preston, Victoria.
Property: 24 Jacka St, Preston
Building: Residential Home
Number of Storeys: Two
Floor Construction Material: Concrete stumps (restumped), suspended timber floor with adequate crawl space.
Wall Construction: Ground Floor – Cavity Brick with timber frame and plaster
1st Floor – Cement Render with timber frame and plaster
Roof Construction: Pitched roof with terracotta tile
Bedrooms: Four
Works
I seek a quote from a licensed, insured and experienced electrician to undertake the following works at the Property:
1. Replacement of fuse box from ceramic to safety switches;
2. Rewiring of the downstairs area, outdoor and garage (in accordance with the electrical plan)
3. Installation of new pendant lighting (supplied), GPOs and light switches upstairs (in accordance with the electrical plan);
4. Relocation of 2 PIR alarm sensors;
5. Installation of LED strip lighting in stairs (rebate underneath);
6. Relocation of TV Antennae point; and
7. Installation of suitable power supply for an outdoor spa & heat pump (57amps & tbc).
All light fittings will be supplied. GPOs and light switches to be provided by contractor.
Note, the Property will be undergoing a renovation which includes removal of some internal walls allowing improved access.
It is anticipated that the electrical works will be undertaken in early August, 2017.

An inspection of the property can be arranged.
