Poor - gave impression over the phone that job was straight forward. Informed on phone that serviceman come to have a look and to proceed if happy. When serviceman came, job found to be much more involved and options offered unacceptable (subsequently had much easier option offered and job now done by someone else). Serviceman became quite rude when decided not to proceed. Jarred by desk drawer when trying to take it out to have a look at back of carpentry (still not working!). Now sent me bill for a call out for $97. I know they are not legally obliged to give a quote but generally bad taste in mouth experience. Will not recommend
