Oven shorting out, 2 lights need fixing

Oven / Induction stove top seems to be shorting out, when we turn it on it switches off all power in unit, switch in box outside turns off. 1 outside light needs repair, i think when we had the switch board replaced last year it wasnt connected, also upstairs a light / fan combination doesnt work.
