Dean and his team were fabulous. I wish all service people were this good. He is informed and informative, he keeps up excellent communication, he is flexible when it comes to bumps along the way (like the power company not cooperating as we hoped), and just seems to believe in good service. For example, there was one leftover detail that the power company should have taken care of. I mentioned to Dean by email and he sent someone around within a day or two to take care of it. I'm not related, not a friend, not invested. Just got Maxard Electrical through Service Central, and it was probably the best service experience I've ever had.
