Basically we are renting a large house. At some point in its life it was partitioned into two units including two seperate power meters. Then later on in its life the partition was removed and the house became one dwelling, however the second power meter was not removed. As a result we need to have two meters connected in order to have use of all power outlets and lightning throughout the house. We would like the second meter removed and rewiring performed to cause all power to run through the first meter. Quotes only at this stage (unless ultra cheap) Since this is a rented property we do not want to spend big on this. How ever it does cost an extra 0.50c per day per meter ($192.50 per anum) also i feel like the power company is ripping me off on the second meter, but I could be wrong. Thanks in advance.
