Price 1> install a double gpo on the skirting board. 1m clearence under wooden floor, Installation already has safety switches on power circuit and exixting cables are TPS, aprox 5m of cable required to nearest outlet.
Price 2> in place of old light fitting, Install one ceiling fan which I have purchased. clear access into roof space, lights circuit already on safety switch, will need a twin dropped down the wall for the supplied fan controller and light switch. already earth at fitting.
