Power to a cabin in backyard / Induction Cooktop power issue

I want to hook up power to a split Air Conditioner system and run light and power in a cabin.
I need a new circuit breaker added to my current switch board, and a line run from the switch board, then run under the house for the full length and then to a cabin in my yard.
The distance run will be about 18-20 metres, 15 under the house and 3-5 to the cabin.
Under the house there is an average of about 500mm clearance and it’s a straight line from the switch board to the point where a 90deg turn will lead to the cabin.
I want to run underground from the house to the cabin and connect to a junction box on the outside of the cabin, from there run 3metres vertical from the new junction box to an existing junction box.
From the new junction box I need to run horizontal 2 metres where I need a surface mount weather switch at the Air Conditioner unit.
Second Job: I have induction cooktop that does not get enough power to run all elements at once, I need advice as to whether it is just an upgrade of the circuit breaker or a new line from the switch box.
