Putting in New Downlights

Hi!
We are currently re-jibbing 3 rooms downstairs wanting new downlights installed. Currently the roof is exposed, and is wanting to install lights before we plaster ceiling.
We have two bedrooms approximately 3m x 4m and the main room is approx 4m X 8m. Can you please advise quote of installation, and recommendations of how many downlights we would require.
