Quote on fixing oven & fix light issue

Firstly we have an electrical oven which after being used after 10 minutes activates the safety switch in the house and turns off. I'd like to get the oven checked out and quoted on how much to fix it.
Separately, we have an overhead light which no longer works. I had replaced it with several light bulbs (none of which worked) so I assume the issue is with the socket.
