Re-cabling of external intercom wiring to 4 units via new underground pipes

The 6 unit block at 54-56 Alfred Street has an external intercom panel serving Units 3, 4, 5 and 6 for the camera, driveway and pedestrian gate.
The cabling to these units are exposed and have degraded to a point that complete re-cabling is required.
The scope of works to be undertaken include:
1) Ensure the driveway gate wiring is already connected to the external panel. If not, cost this small piece of work to connect it. (I'm pretty sure its connected)
2) Re-cable Units 3, 4, 5 and 6 to allow the internal intercoms to:
a) View the external monitor on screen
b) Press intercom button to open the driveway gate
c) Press intercom button to open the pedestrian gate
Re-cabling of these cables must ensure that they are protected from the elements and run underground where necessary.
