We have a rear projection tv that just literally blew up the other day. it had been on for a few hours and then it just went bang, sounded like it came from the back of the tv and there was a bit of smoky smell. unit is about 5 or so years old. can still switch the tv on, red/green lights still appear, but no sound or visual, just a black screen. not even sure if this can be fixed.. would prefer a quote first please.
