REC to install LED down light globes

Hi,
I require an REC to install LED downlight globes for a VEET scheme.
Changes to government regulations have stipulated this work can only be carried out by qualified electricians
It's full time; 5-6 days per week for at least 6-12 months.
Job description:
-Collect stock from warehouse in Port Melbourne on a weekly basis.
-Attend various houses and commercial premises to change down light halogen globes over to free LED globe, subsidised by the Victorian government.
-Determine compatibility of existing transformers.
-If compatible proceed with installation, if not compatible the customer can be offered new transformers for which there is a charge for supply and installation.
-Keep old halogens and return to office in Port Melbourne on a weekly basis.
-Fill in assignment form on completion.
To succeed in this job you'll need:
-own vehicle and ladder
-good record keeping ability.
-good communication skills.
-motivation to make money!
Here are the rates,
Globes: $1.50 +GST per changeover.
Transformers: $6 plus GST per changeover.
Globes (regional areas): $2 +GST per changeover.
Disconnect dimmer: $10 per dimmer.
A good days work is 300 globes though it can be as high as 450 and as low as 100. Expect to average at least 200 globes per day.
