Relocate mains electricity line where it fixes to front of house

The mains electricity line coming in from street to the house comes in too close to a big tree on its way. Rather than cut the tree down I think the problem can be solved by moving the end of the line two feet west, where it fixes to the front of the house.
I need a quote on (a) the tech feasibility of doing so (b) when it could be done (c) how much it would cost. When carried out the job would require liaison with United Energy or Origin, and the costs of doing so need to be included in the quote.
I would expect to pay someone to visit and develop this quote, and include the cost of the visit in the quote. Or, if I dont want to proceed with the quote, i would expect to pay for the initial visit already made.
