Remove/install new lighting 30mts track lights high level genral lights in shop

Rip out existing lighting system and help plan and install an alternative. we will require approx 30metres of continuous track lights + a high level of general lighting using low bays, fluoros or something similar at your suggestion. we also require approx 10 old fluoro fittings to be earthed and have the tubes replaced. possibly some other small make safe jobs whilst on site.
