Repair Blanco Electric Oven with Broken Heating Element

My Blanco Electric Oven (Model No. BOSE 633) does not heat up. I suspect it has a faulty heating element. The oven grill/broiler works as expected. However, when in fan-forced mode, it doesn't work. I want someone to have a look, order the spare part and replace the faulty element.
