Repair ceiling fan and run a cable behind wall (two separate jobs)

A ceiling fan requires a clean and repair OR replacement if broken. Also need to run a HDMI cable behind a living room wall - cable will be supplied, holes already in wall, just need to run this extra cable. Small jobs but cable may require access under house that has low crawlspace.
Please have a new ceiling fan on hand IF the fan is broken (I think it is approx 30 - 40cm - it is the larger size one).
In terms of date require work to be completed on any Tuesday before 3pm, except Tuesday 12/5 where work would be required to be finished before 11:30am.
