I have two telephone sockets in my house and one has recently stopped working. telstra have informed me that the telephone line is ok and that the socket is not working due to an electrical issue. i would like some one to fix the telephone socket.
in addition to one of the existing telephone sockets being fixed, i also require a new telephone socket to be installed. i live in a three level townhouse which has a double brick construction. the telephone socket i would like installed has to go on the third floor.
