I have a few halogen lights that are not working properly, they seem to flicker on and off for some time (5 mins) before fully lighting up or completely not working - it doesn't appear to be a globe issue. i also have halogen lights in groups of 2 and only one light works, when i replace the globe the same thing still happens.
i would also like a quote to install another set of two halogen lights in my apartment.
