Repair outdoor lighting

Currently our downstairs indoor and out door lights are on the same circuit.
Also the out door lighting has stopped working, it is wired in series and one of the 9 lights are faulty. I need some one to:
1. Separate the outdoor and indoor lights into separate circuits
2. Rewire the out door lighting in parallel, e.g. 2, 2, 2, 2, 1 keeping it on the same switch.
Where possible existing fixtures for the out door lights has to be used. If not possible we will supply new fixtures.
