Had a quote from Chris last week, all good, arranged to come on Wednesday, he said someone would come about 9am, but no one turned up... Called few times, left message on his voicemail, emailed, SMS, no reply as if he has disappeared from this world. Good customer service and communication when he was providing the quote, but on the day itself, nothing happened, no technician turned up and couldn't contact him. Empty promise.
