I need a few things done that require an electrician.
(1) Replace 6 existing downlights.
Must be dimmable, LED, warm light (around 2800K). Like these:

These are $38.50 each. x 6 = $231. You can provide if same specifications or I can buy them beforehand. Not wanting to pay anymore than $231 for them either way.
Note: There is no access to the roof space.
Can provide picture of existing halogen downlights which are 80mm
(2) Need a TV aerial cable installed (just the cabling). From existing antenna down the wall and need a hole drilled thru a double brick wall in order to install a point on the skirting board. Must be best quality RG6 Quad Shield cabling.
Would like the cable neatly attached to the wall as it runs down (in some flexible conduit). Total length from aerial to point in wall would only be around 5-6 meters. Can provide photo of the aerial / wall.
(3) Need a hanging light fixture extended. Would probably need the existing socket lowered, or a new 'extension' light socket cord created.
(4) Lastly, there is a light switch to an outdoor floodlight that when turned on, trips the fuse. Would like it fixed or permanently disabled.
A good days work involved here for a quality electrician!
