Hi, I am looking for an electrician to do a couple small job around our house.
1. I need a bedroom ceiling light fitting changed - i have the new light fitting
2. An exhaust fan installed above shower in bathroom - we will supply fan to be fitted
3. An exhaust fan installed in toilet - we will supply fan to be fitted
Unfortunately access through the manhole is not possible, we have one however we have 1/2 house cathedral ceiling and that half of the house has extremely minimal space in the roof cavity so access for electrical work would have to be from the roof and tiles would have to be removed and replaced carefully.
