House RCD was tripping. Went through individual circuits – meggaring until found a fault on the Garage Circuit. Worked my way through garage looking for fault. Found fault to be at junction box before underground steel conduit that is under the house. Disconnected that cable, re-meggared and proved the fault was definitely that cable. Removed power circuit which was looped in with the garage circuit inside the house. Isolated the garage circuit at switchboard and also tagged off the cable that runs through the underground conduit so that it cant be reconnected.
