Light fittings in kitchen and bathroom need replacing. I went to turn Kitchen light on and the globes exploded in the fitting. The Bathroom light the kids flicked a towel and hit the fitting it has broken. The oven element has gone in the oven, we have replaced this before, but when we took the element out we noticed that two wires were not connected. They look old and tattered and we are afraid if we replace the element it will still not work.
