I need to replace a quad power point installed (on tile) in my bathroom with another quad. The old one looks like it was installed by a homeowner doing DIY or an unlicensed electrician - it sparks and has a dangerous raised metallic screw sitting between sockets.
2) Light fitting
I need to install one new ceiling light. No need to re-wire as there is currently a pendant light there - the new light is not a pendant.
