Electrician was booked for 1pm... I called at 12.00pm to confirm he was coming in before taking half a day off work.. he advised he would be there but not until after 2.. He then called at 1.45pm to advise he wasnt coming in until after 6pm... At 6.20pm he hadnt arrived so I called him and he advised he would be there at 7.00 pm.. after 7.30pm I gave up on him arriving and went out for dinner.. absolutely furious.. He could have advised at least when i first called that he was overbooked or too busy so at least I didnt waste half a day taking time off work.. Now Im stucking without an electrician until after the new year.. Definitely wouldnt recommend such an unproffesional organisation
