We have an old 1920's house that we will soon be renovating. 4 of the rooms and the entrance hall need to be re-wired. The details are as follows:
Bed 1 - 1 pendant light, 2 existing power points on the skirting boards to be re-wired, 1 additional power point installed
Bed 2 - 1 pendant light, 2 existing power points on the skirting boards to be re-wired, 1 additional power point installed
Lounge - 1 pendant light and 4 power points on the skirting boards to be replaced
Dining - 1 pendant light and 3 power points on the skirting boards to be replaced
Hallway - 3 pendant lights and 1 power point on the skirting boards to be replaced
In addition, we will require 1 "double" external power point to be installed.
We require the existing switchboard to be replaced, with a switchboard suitable for the large extension we are planning. This switchboard will be re-loacted to the new extension when this has been completed.
The house is double brick external walls, with brick internal walls. There is excellent access into the ceiling space, and ample access beneath the floor.
