Rewire dryer power point in bathroom

In the bathroom, there is a double outlet power point. I used the first power point for the washing machine and the second for the dryer. There is also a double switch: one switch for the light and one for the fan.
At the moment, the fan has to be switched on for the light to be switched on and for the two power points to receive current. In other words, the washing machine (as well as the dryer and the bathroom light) can only function if the bathroom fan is on.
I would like the current function to be changed to the following functions:
- Washing machine can function independently of whether the fan is on or off
- Keep the same function for dryer: dryer can only be switched on if the fan is switched on
- Bathroom light can be switched on independently of whether the bathroom fan is on or off
